Terms and Conditions for Garage Conversion Glasgow Ltd

Introduction These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Garage Conversion Glasgow (“Company”) and the customer (“Client”) for all garage conversion services provided by the Company. By accepting a quotation or placing an order with the Company, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Services The Company provides professional garage conversion services including but not limited to design, planning, construction, and finishing. The scope of the services will be agreed in writing between the Company and the Client prior to commencement of work.

Quotations Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to change if the scope of work changes. The Company reserves the right to withdraw a quotation if the Client provides additional information or changes the scope of work after the quotation has been issued.

Payment A deposit will be required of the total fee which is required before work can commence. The balance of the fee is due upon completion of the work.

Building Warrant It is the responsibility of the Client to obtain a building warrant from the local authority prior to commencement of work. The Company will not begin any building works until the necessary building warrant has been obtained.

Delays and disruptions The Company will make every effort to complete the work within the agreed timeframe. However, delays and disruptions may occur due to factors beyond the control of the Company, such as weather conditions or changes in the Client’s requirements. In such cases, the Company will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the Client.

Warranty The Company provides a 12-month warranty on all workmanship and materials. Any defects or problems must be reported to the Company within this timeframe in order for the warranty to be valid.

Variations Variations to the scope of work must be agreed in writing between the Company and the Client before the work is carried out. Any additional costs incurred as a result of the variations will be charged to the Client.

Force Majeure The Company will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, and acts of government.

Governing law These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.

Entire agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. No amendment to these Terms will be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
